
Since 2009, Singer-Songwriter, Rapper and Activist Aigner “Anye Elite" Ellis has been a constant presence in the cultural landscape. With multiple businesses and nods across the African-American, LGBT, and small business community and strong relationships with numerous non-profit organizations, Anye Elite embodies American ambition .
Among his achievements, Ellis serves as CEO of Icon City Entertainment, launched the successful “Icon City News” media company, and maintains his role as majority owner of SmokeandSound.com a cannabis content platform and #FunnyMoneyRock a platform supporting queer creatives from underserved communities . In 2017, Elite released his debut album "No Faux" whose title track went on to secure 100,000 digital downloads in the first 3 months and also spawned gay-pride anthem "Yass Lawt".
Elite is active in giving back to the community, most notably through his philanthropic work with non- profit organizations like Brothers of the Desert, The Southern California Black Chamber of Commerce, and the Transgender Health and Wellness Center to name a few.
Elite is currently hosting the "Icon City News Update" weekly and working on his untitled second album.
